Town Marker Dedication

On December 20, 2010 Mayor Larry Walker, Members of Grant Town Council and Grant Chamber of Commerce Board Members met to unveil the State of Alabama's newest historic marker. The Great Alabama Homecoming of 2010, organized by the Alabama Department of Tourism, awarded town markers to over 200 small towns including Grant. The markers celebrate the heritage of Alabama's small towns. The marker will be placed at Town Hall on Main Street.
